Social Post Generator

A social post is a hook, a body, and a CTA. The hook earns the next line. The body states the offer. The CTA is the next step, not a vibe.

The tool

Use this when the calendar slot is set and you still have a blank box. Pick the channel first. Length changes.

Why it helps

Why you need a Social Post Generator

A hook with no offer is a scroll. An offer with no hook is skipped. You need both, then one next step.

LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X do not share a length. Write for the box you will paste into.

The link should use the same utm_campaign as the ads. If ads say google-in-demo-exact-2026q3, the post link should too - with the right source.

A vibe with no link is a scroll.

When

When to use it

  • The calendar has a slot and no draft.
  • When you are adapting a Google ad into organic social. Rebuild it. Do not paste.
  • When the last ten posts had no link or five different CTAs.

How

How to use it

  1. 1Pick the channel. That sets how long the hook can be.
  2. 2Name the offer in one sentence. Same promise as the landing page.
  3. 3Add one proof line: time, price, what they see, who it is for.
  4. 4End with a verb and a URL. Count characters before you post.

Example

Example: LinkedIn post for the Acme demo

Calendar slot: Wednesday proof. Campaign google-in-demo-exact-2026q3. Landing page https://acme.com/demo.

You put in

Channel
linkedin
Offer
30-minute product demo
Proof
one campaign name in ads, UTM and the Monday sheet
CTA
Book a demo

You get

Hook: Your Monday report has three spellings of the same campaign.
Body: Acme’s demo shows one name in Google Ads, the UTM, and the sheet. 30 minutes. Free to browse.
CTA: Book a demo - https://acme.com/demo?utm_source=linkedin&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=google-in-demo-exact-2026q3

The hook is a problem the reader already has. The body is the offer. The CTA is a URL with a clean UTM. An Instagram version would cut the body and keep the same link with utm_source=instagram.

Result

What this changes for you

You ship a post that names the offer and where to go. You stop pasting an RSA headline (30 characters) into LinkedIn and hoping.

Common mistakes

  • Starting with “We are excited to announce.” The offer sits below the fold.
  • A CTA with no URL, or a link to the homepage.
  • Hashtag walls on LinkedIn. Put tags on Instagram if you need them. Keep them few.
  • Copying a Meta primary text block. Organic social is not an ad placement.

FAQ

Social Post Generator FAQ

What does a social post generator write?

A hook, a short body, and a CTA with a link. You still check length for the channel and add a UTM before you post.

Should a social post generator reuse Google Ads copy?

Use the same offer, not the same line. RSA headlines are 30 characters. LinkedIn can hold a real sentence. Rebuild the post.

Do I need a UTM on a social post generator link?

Yes if you want the visit in GA4 under that campaign. Use the same utm_campaign as the ads. Change source to linkedin, instagram, or facebook.

How long should a social post generator hook be?

Short enough to show before the fold on a phone. One sentence. The offer can wait until line two, not line six.
